WWE Hall Of Famer Jerry Lawler celebrates his 70th birthday today. In honor of “The King’s” milestone 70th birthday, his former WWE broadcast partner and the current voice of All Elite Wrestling (AEW) — Jim Ross — dedicated the latest installment of his “Grilling JR” podcast to the Memphis Wrestling legend.

The latest edition of the “Grilling JR” podcast with Ross and Conrad Thompson, which dropped this week, features the following description:

    “On this week’s Grilling JR with WWE Hall Of Famer Jim Ross & Conrad Thompson, the topic is legendary WWE Hall Of Famer and The King Of Memphis, Jerry “The King Lawler! Hear all about JR’s experiences with The King through the years, his thoughts on Jerry’s place in Memphis Wrestling, his transition to WWE, Jerry working with Bret, Warrior, Jake and more, working with him on commentary for many years on WWE Raw and on PPVs, Jerry leaving WWE in February 2001 and his return later that year, being drafted to separate brands, being inducted into the Hall Of Fame on the same night, to their sporadic appearances on special WWE events, and so much more!”
