At the NXT live event in Orlando, Florida on Saturday, several of the competitors announced for this year’s Mae Young Classic tournament were brought to the ring in front of the fans.
The list of those who appeared included Toni Storm, Rachel Evers, Jinny, Deonna Purrazzo and many others. The group of ladies posed in the ring, shook hands and the tournament that kicks off later this week was promoted.
As noted, this year’s Mae Young Classic tournament is scheduled to kick off on Wednesday, August 8th and Thursday, August 9th at Full Sail University in Winter Park, Florida, and will air later this summer on the WWE Network.
The finals of the tournamet will take place live at the first-ever WWE Evolution all-women’s pay-per-view event on Sunday, October 28th.
