DREW GULAK (205 Live) vs. MARK ANDREWS (NXT UK)

Andrews is here to party, and Gulak is here to ruin everyone’s good time. They had a short, very technical match where Gulak forced his opponent to play his game, keeping things grounded and applying as many stretches and holds as possible. Andrews eventually had a good sprint, hitting a springboard crossbody into a running double stomp, into a standing Corkscrew Splash, but it wasn’t enough. The finish saw a great exchange of pinning combinations, Gulak countering a Reverse Rana into a Dragon Sleeper, rolling into the pinfall

Winner: Drew Gulak

TRAVIS BANKS (NXT UK) vs. KEITH LEE (NXT)

Lee destroyed his opponent with massive chops early on that slapped across the arena, and giant tosses just bullying him around the ring. Banks fought back the best he could and connected with a suicide dive, into a flurry of hard strikes, but Lee caught him out of the air with the Super Nova for the quick win.

Winner: Keith Lee

ADAM COLE (NXT) vs. SHANE THORNE (NXT)

Thorne came out with a shirt calling himself “the worst”. He actually controlled a lot of the early offense playing the heel, since there was no way the Axxess crowd was going to boo Adam Cole against him. He worked over Cole’s elbow throughout, creating an injury to pick apart which kept his opponent from building up too much momentum as he had to battle with one arm. Cole eventually rallied back with a superkick, elbow strikes from his good arm, and a wicked running dropkick. Thorne ducked the Shining Wizard and hit a huge high-angle back suplex, trying to hang in there, but Cole caught him with another superkick. This time the Shining Wizard connected, and it’s over.

Winner: Adam Cole
